City of Montebello Mobility Hub Study
The Mobility Hub Connectivity Feasibility Study is a joint effort between Montebello Bus Lines and the Planning & Community Development Department to provide guidance on integrating land-use and transportation planning to support economic growth.
The study evaluates the opportunity for mobility hubs—central locations where multiple transportation options connect—along key commercial corridors.
It will also examine transit-oriented development opportunities, including bus integration, pedestrian and bicycle access, safety, and community needs.
The goal of the study is to produce a data-driven roadmap for implementing mobility hubs that enhance transit efficiency, support economic growth, and guide future transportation investments.
