Report a Concern with the MBL See Say® App

Elerts App Now Available

Beginning June 1, 2026, Montebello Bus Lines (MBL) will offer three easy ways for you to report a concern. While the MBL See Say® App is our preferred and most effective tool, you can choose the method that works best for you. Your report provides critical information to help enforce the "Rules of the Ride" and ensure a better experience for everyone.

Three Ways to Report a Concern

1. The MBL See Say® App (Recommended)

The See Say® App is designed for quick and discreet reporting of issues that violate the Code of Conduct but do not require an immediate 911 response. This method offers the most features, including two-way communication with dispatchers.

  1. See a Violation: Witness someone violating the Code, such as playing loud music, or vaping on board.
  2. Open the App & Send a Report: In a few taps, you can send a message, photos, or videos directly to MBL dispatchers. The app lets you report a violation without making a phone call and drawing attention.
  3. Provide Key Details: Your report is sent instantly with your location. You can chat with a dispatcher to provide more information, such as the bus number and a description of the person.
