Nicholas Razo has served as the Director of Human Resources since January 2020. He was born and raised into a large family in the Central Coast of California. He grew up playing competitive sports like football and baseball. He enlisted in the United States Army at age 18 following in his father's footsteps and was stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
Mr. Razo returned from Active Duty to complete his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and continued on to earn his Master of Business Administration. He also completed a doctoral curriculum in management and plans to complete his Dissertation to earn his doctorate degree. Mr. Razo is well versed in organizational citizenship behavior and he studies the direct correlation and effect of daily and continuous communication and engagement between leaders and members and how this impacts behavior in an organization.
Mr. Razo is married with two children and a stepson who served in the Army as a Field Artillery Soldier and is now a Police Officer for Tacoma Police Department in Washington State.
Mr. Razo has over 12 years of military service. He currently serves in the Army National Guard.
