Attention Developers:

Gateway Cities Affordable Housing Trust was awarded a five-million-dollar ($5 million) grant that will provide developers with a revolving low-interest loan for the purpose of acquisition and pre-development expenses. This funding will allow developers to secure financing for affordable development housing developments, increasing the competitiveness for other funds, and reducing delays and costs for construction.
