The City of Montebello Payroll Division serves over 600 City employees and retirees. Electronic timesheets are due at 2:00 PM on the Wednesday, one week before Pay day. The Payroll team coordinates with City department liaisons to complete the payroll process. Departmental (Payroll) hours are due to the Finance Payroll team at 12:00 PM on Monday, the week of Pay Day. Employees are paid every two weeks on Thursdays. W-2s are issued by January 31st of the following year for the previous year.

Finance Department is located in the West Wing of the Montebello City Hall.
