Montebello Bus Lines (MBL) has joined Metro’s Rider Relief Transportation Program (RRTP) along with Norwalk Transit System, Torrance Transit, Long Beach Transit, CulverCity Bus, Antelope Valley Transit Authority, and Santa Monica’s Big Blue Bus. The Rider Relief Transportation Program (RRTP) provides fare subsidy coupons or tokens for individuals that meet the requirements of the program. The coupons may be redeemed for daily, weekly, and monthly Metro passes, and EZ transit passes (a regional monthly pass).

Riders may redeem their RRTP subsidy coupons towards the purchase of an EZ transit pass (Adult, and Senior/Disabled/Medicare), Montebello Student Monthly pass (K-12th grade), and for TAP cash purse option at the City of Montebello's Transportation Department facility located at 400 S. Taylor Ave., Montebello, CA 90640.
